So, this jiffy lube is also a partner with Über to do car inspections for new drivers. Awesome. Very convenient.
Well, after waiting 45 minutes, I was about to ask if it was going to take much longer when a mechanic walked in and said, «anyone waiting for an Über inspection, it’s going to be another hour and a half.» I mentioned that I had already been there 45 minutes and he replies with, «well we have two brake jobs that just came in.» So I asked him if Über pays them for inspections. His reply? «Yeah but not enough to put you in front of two brake jobs.»
Wow man. That’s how you treat people? Über needs to rethink partnering with this place.
I was hesitant to come here because of all the bad experiences I had with oil changes and them up selling every service under the sun. I figured, hey maybe they’ve changed. Clearly I was mistaken.

All the guys there are helpful and friendly. Daniel is a great guy, polite, good manner and professional. DENIS make sure you don’t deal with this guy. He is very very rude, bad bad manner, have attitude. I just don’t understand why would the owner keep such a guy. Would never ever good there just because of him.

Took in my wife’s car for an oil change and also a transmission fluid change, she has a 2008 Nissan Versa manual trans. After they did the oil and trans fluid change I noticed a week later there was some minor leakage from the transmission fluid bolt.
I took it back in to Jiffy Lube and explained the issue so they took it in and «tightened» the bolt again and said, «it should now be fine, if not bring it back and we can put some plumbers tape around the screw.» At this point I was pleased with their service, well sort of, because this should not need plumbers tape.
The next morning I awake and wanted to double check all was well, but lo and behold it was leaking, a lot! I took it back in again and when I pull up I explain the situation again and the worker says, «Um take it over there (he points to another competitor shop) saying they should be able to fix it, we do not have the tool to tighten that bolt.»
Hold up… WHAT?!
I then ask «are you serious, you do not have the tools to tighten this bolt?» The guy stares at me and says «we do not.»
Um? anyone see an issue with this? Why would someone do a job without the necessary tools? I was flabergasted… speechless…I stared back at the guy for a moment just dumbfounded.
Note to self: Never come here ever again, not even for an oil change for a few reasons. 1) They don’t have the right tools and yet they do jobs they shouldn’t and 2) no apology for their mistake and unwillingness to take responsibility. Thankfully they did not strip the bolt or anything worse because a stripped trans fluid bolt could easily cost $ 500 and my bet would be that Jiffy Lube would have passed the buck on this as well.
***The «competitor» was Mission Viejo Transmission and they took my wife’s car in right away and fixed the problem for free and then gave me a $ 25 off an oil change coupon. My wife’s car is no longer leaking because this shop had the right tools for the job and their customer service was astounding!

I typically avoid places like Jiffy Lube (franchise repair shops), but my boyfriend was going here because he had been there before. So we took both our cars in. It’s twice as far as another Jiffy Lube, but he swore by it. These guys ALWAYS take care of me like an old fashioned full serve gas station. I can’t say enough good about them! I go in for oil change or even a top off (since my car is now «older»)…they always top off all my fluids! Worth the extra drive to have the extra customer service!

I would expect that arriving 15 minutes after this location opened would ensure a speedy oil change. This was not the case today. I was told 45 to 60 minutes wait time and it ended up taking an hour and a half with no explanation. I watched mechanics make them self coffee in the lobby and watched one chat with his friend in the garage all the while. I was also subjected to a nasty, unkept bathroom in the waiting area. I will not be taking my business to jiffy line any longer.

I have a 2003 Saturn vue I’ve taken my vehicle here twice now. Long story short I used to change my own oil, but I came to the realization that I didn’t particularly enjoy doing it and it was nearly equally expensive to have someone else do it for me.
My first experience, I pulled up into the bay they took my information, changed the oil and proceeded to show me my engine air filter and cabin air filter (They both were very old and one had mold). They tried to sell me new filters, I told them to put them back in my car and that I would replace them myself. They put them back in, charged me for my oil change and that was that.
The second time I came in (now with new air filters that I installed my self) I half expected them to tell me I needed them replaced. Instead they changed the oil and told me that my fuel filter was leaking and that I should take it to my mechanic to have it looked at. They didn’t try to sell me on any new service, but I was dubious as to whether my fuel filter was leaking, so I checked and sure enough that fuel filter was old and developed a small leak. So I changed it myself.
In a nutshell take it here for the oil change, if they point out things that are wrong with your vehicle they tend to be accurate and while they may offer to take care of it then and there, they’re not pushy if you decline.
in about a month I’m due to have another oil change, this is the place I intend to take it to.

They always try and sell me on something more than an oil change. This last time they insisted that I was low on brake fluid. I did not have them take care of it– instead took the car to my mechanic who said all the fluids in the car are just fine. I think they always try and find something extra and make those of us who don’t know about cars feel it is urgent if we do not take care of it. I am done. I will not be going back again. Will just get my oil changes done by my mechanic who can accurately tell me when I actually need other things done to the car.

Why this place has nothing less than 4 ½ stars is beyond me. The staff are very professional, courteous, and very informative with regards to your vehicle. Some people are complaining about the upsetting. Well, what do you expect when you’re a business? I bet the same people complaining about upsetting do their own for their jobs or their businesses. Really needs to be neglected and focus on the service aspect of this place.
I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, was treated with the utmost respect, and I will most likely continue to come back so long as I’m in the area.

Stopped in for the first time to get an oil change on a personal vehicle. I didn’t have an appointment but Paul and team got my car right in and the process was smooth. Nice waiting area with a TV, current magazines, and free coffee. I was pretty impressed with the work; they definitely went above and beyond. They vacuumed my car, cleaned the windows, got a scratch on the bumper out, and had everything done quickly. Unlike some of the other reviewers on here, they didn’t try to upsell and I has a great experience.

I love this place! I came in for an oil change a few months back, the gentleman who helped me (Paul Garcia) was extremely helpful and informative. I came back again recently because I thought I needed an oil change and he very graciously informed that it wasn’t time. Yet he check my vehicle’s oil and tire pressure! He put air in my tires and sent me on my way!
In a cyber world where most of the bad experiences are conveyed I figured I’d take the time to praise and highly commend Mr. Garcia for his honesty and amazing service! This Jiffy Lube will be my go to place every time I’m due for an oil change and I will make sure to spread the word of the great service! Thank you Mr. Garcia!

Very disappointed… I have traded at this location for about 20 years. Lately it has gotten to where money first, service way down the line. Last straw was today when I ok’d a new cabin filter and was charged $ 55.00. When I questioned why they charged me $ 55.00 for a 1620 part all I got was «well that the price». I don’t mind paying for not having to go to another store for a simple part, but 100%+ mar-​up (no lube) is alittle much.

Ask for George! He’s a trustworthy guy and committed to customer service. He wants to ensure you’re making the best decisions for the long-​term maintenance of your vehicle (I drive a 2004 Tacoma that still runs like a champ). George will explain all of the issues with your vehicle without pressuring you to buy extra services unnecessarily.
Four stars only because my first experience (sans George) wasn’t great. I went in with a Mission Viejo specific coupon, but the employee refused to honor it, and he was rude about it.

Been here 45 minutes for an oil change and I was only one here when I arrived. Still sitting here waiting and hoping they are done soon. Shouldn’t this take like 15 minutes?
Found out they need to call two different companies to get approval because I have a fleet vehicle. Just like the other person reporting here with company car they replaced wipers even though the ones I had were fine. Just following instruction. Guess not their fault.
