I have had some amazing teachers and ones that do not give as much attention to the details. Despite the times that were not the best, I would not trade my experience at this high school for any other high school because I have made some amazing connections and relationships.

I attended school in the Longview Independent School District since the required age to attend school. I have had a fond outlook on school and I attribute Longview School District as the reason why. The District has proven to have set me up for success, with its many opportunities. Personally the best opportunitiy that I took part in was the Dual Credit program offered at the Longview High School campus at the time of my attendance. It is a amazing program that I have come to realize has put me ahead and has distinguished me. With the dual credit program I was able to graduate highschool with a Associates in arts degree.
Longview High Scool also, from my knowlege, had remarkable extracurricular options, not only in quality but in quantity. With many options it was hard to chose, which was an exciting problem to have at the time. In the end though I decided upon ROTC. I firmly belive it was the right decision because I was put in many positions as a leader and taught many core values.
