TCS IS HIRING FOR service request management
ROLE: service request management
Experience Range: 5 to 8 yrs(Relevant)
Location: Chennai, Hyderabad
JD:
Must-Have:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for NOC operations, incident management, and change control processes.
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of NOC processes.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of NOC procedures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of NOC processes with business objectives and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
- Provide training and support to NOC staff on process workflows, tools, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external audits, regulatory inquiries, and compliance assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance NOC efficiency and effectiveness.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or JIRA.
- Experience with process mapping, documentation, and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to NOC operations (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and inefficiencies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Project management skills to plan and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
